Superintendent - Buffalo

• Manage daily field operations on multifamily construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel
• Develop and maintain construction schedules
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delays
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Conduct regular site safety meetings and enforce safety protocols
• Review plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
• Maintain project documentation and daily reports
• Work closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to ensure successful project delivery

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction
• Successful track record delivering apartment, mixed-use, or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Experience managing subcontractor performance and jobsite logistics
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality control
• Familiarity with project management and scheduling software
• OSHA certification preferred
• Ability to manage multiple project demands in a fast-paced environment
