As a Building and Construction Superintendent - Buffalo, NY, you will:

• Manage all day-to-day construction site activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Monitor project milestones and construction progress
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Conduct quality control inspections and enforce project specifications
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Lead subcontractor meetings and jobsite coordination efforts
• Identify and resolve field-related challenges proactively
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants
• Oversee punch-list completion and project closeout activities

The successfull Superintendent - Buffalo, NY candidate will have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
• Proven success managing commercial, institutional, or multi-family projects
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to maintain schedules and drive project performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Ground-up construction experience
• Renovation and occupied-space project experience
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Construction Management degree or equivalent field experience
