Superintendent - Civil Construction

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities from project start-up through completion.
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel, equipment, and material logistics.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while monitoring daily progress.
• Conduct site meetings with project teams, clients, engineers, and inspectors.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize schedule impacts.
• Enforce company safety policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Review plans, specifications, and project documentation to ensure quality execution.
• Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Maintain accurate field reports, production tracking, and project documentation.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within heavy civil, utility, infrastructure, sitework, or roadway construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate field crews.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout North and South Jersey.
• Experience with municipal, DOT, underground utility, excavation, or site development projects is highly desirable.
