Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations. Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful delivery. Strong background in light industrial construction on projects costing $70M+ (required). Data center construction experience highly preferred. Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
