Superintendent

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain productivity and meet critical project milestones.
• Lead daily site meetings, coordinate work schedules, and communicate progress, potential delays, and project requirements to stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, ensuring construction activities are sequenced efficiently.
• Enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets design specifications, building codes, and relevant healthcare construction requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to resolve field issues and maintain project progress.

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare construction projects, including hospital, medical office, healthcare renovation, or similar facilities.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project scheduling, subcontractor management, and field operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare construction standards, infection prevention protocols, and working within occupied medical facilities, where applicable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements, quality control procedures, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with construction management software, such as Procore, and scheduling tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

• Base salary: $110,000-$120,000, depending on experience.
