Superintendent

• Oversee daily construction site activities and maintain progress against project plans.
• Coordinate field work to keep construction tasks sequenced and on schedule.
• Review site conditions and address day-to-day needs that affect planned work.
• Communicate project updates with relevant construction contacts to keep work aligned.
• Track completed work and identify items that need attention before the next phase begins.
• Coordinate site access, materials, and work areas to support planned construction activities.
• Monitor job site activity and maintain clear records of daily progress.
