Superintendent

• Oversee all day-to-day on-site construction activities for multifamily residential projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain efficient project progress.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Lead site safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues and maintain project momentum.
• Review construction documents, plans, and specifications to identify potential conflicts and resolve field-related challenges.
• Track daily progress, maintain accurate site documentation, and provide regular updates on project status.
• Manage material deliveries, equipment requirements, and subcontractor sequencing to maximize productivity.
• Oversee punch-list completion, inspections, and project closeout activities.

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a general contractor or developer.
• Demonstrated experience delivering multifamily residential construction projects, ideally including ground-up developments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, subcontractor management, and site logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of building codes, quality control procedures, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and resolve on-site challenges.
• Experience monitoring project schedules, identifying risks, and driving projects toward key milestones.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability.
