Construction Site Manager

Lead daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and site cleanliness. Drive project execution in alignment with budget, timeline, and milestones. Maintain and update detailed project schedules reflecting real-time progress. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure seamless delivery. Monitor site logistics, phasing plans, and inspections across project life cycle. Proactively communicate changes, risks, and issues with the project team. Foster strong subcontractor relationships and uphold a collaborative culture. Support and mentor junior team members while promoting best practices.

3-5+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a reputable GC. Proven ability to manage, train, and develop field teams. Experience delivering projects between $10M-$50M. Exposure to sectors such as Higher Education, K-12, Commercial, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing. Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, and project controls. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Driven, growth-oriented mindset with a team-first approach.
