Production Field Superintendent Tecta AmericaProduction Field SuperintendentCranston, Rhode IslandPosition Responsibilities: Schedule and supervise roofing field operations with daily worksite visits to ensure project specifications are met; Regularly inspect work progress, equipment and jobsites to ensure all work order details and safety protocols are followed; Work closely with Production foremen to train roofing field staff with an emphasis on safety and employee development; Maintain documentation of projects, identifying variances, monitor expenditures and implement corrective action when necessary; Coordinate inspections from manufacturers and governing authorities, as needed; Communicate with Operations team regularly on work progress; Conduct materials inventory as needed and; Additional duties as assigned. Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions; Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, job specifications, technical procedures and/or government regulations; Valid Driver’s license; Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism; Strong communication and interpersonal skills and; Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
