Superintendent - Commercial Construction | $200M

* Lead day-to-day site operations across commercial construction projects.

* Take ownership of project schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality standards.

* Coordinate field activities and multiple trades to keep projects progressing efficiently.

* Work closely with project teams, owners, and key stakeholders throughout the construction process.

* Drive overall project performance from preconstruction through successful closeout.

Salary range: $125,000 - $160,000 + bonus.
