An Atlanta-area commercial general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead local projects from groundbreaking through turnover. This opportunity is for a field leader who knows how to get a project out of the ground, keep subcontractors moving, and deliver a finished building that meets expectations.

Ground-up commercial construction experience is required.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of daily field operations, working closely with the Project Manager to keep safety, scheduling, quality, and coordination on track. From sitework and foundations through structure, finishes, and closeout, you’ll lead the work and address issues before they affect the next phase.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction activities for projects throughout the Atlanta area.

• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, equipment, and inspections.

• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and communicate daily priorities.

• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Identify conflicts early and coordinate solutions with the project team.

• Maintain jobsite safety, quality standards, and accurate daily documentation.

• Manage punch lists, final inspections, and project turnover.

• Experience as a Superintendent leading ground-up commercial construction projects.

• A strong understanding of the full construction process, from site development through occupancy.

• The ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining productive working relationships.

• Strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• A hands-on leadership style and consistent attention to safety and workmanship.
