Seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee projects in the Bozeman area. This company has built its reputation on teamwork, integrity, and delivering projects that stand the test of time.
Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Work closely with the Project Manager to manage budgets, schedules, and quality control
Promote a culture of safety and accountability on the job site
Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and trade partners
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety practices
Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects preferred
Stable, long-standing company with a loyal client base and steady backlog of work
