The Superintendent | Commercial Construction | Charlottesville, VA will:

• Direct all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.
• Manage project schedules and ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Lead daily site operations, safety meetings, and construction planning efforts.
• Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve field challenges.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure all work is completed according to contract documents, company standards, and client expectations.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field staff when applicable.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners.

The Superintendent | Commercial Construction | Charlottesville, VA will have:

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience leading ground-up construction projects valued at $10M-$15M+.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, scheduling, and site management.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and build strong working relationships.
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Commercial project experience preferred, though diverse project backgrounds will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred.
• CAD experience is a plus.
• Local to or willing to relocate near the Charlottesville, VA area.

• Base Salary: $105,000 - $120,000
