Description

The Superintendent will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities. This Superintendent role is essential to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

• Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules to achieve critical milestones
• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of job-site safety
• Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining budget and schedule objectives

Profile

For the Superintendent we are seeking:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and job-site safety practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with construction management technology and scheduling software
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Job Offer
