Job Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Leading all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
- Managing projects ranging from small renovations to complex ground-up developments valued at $10M+.
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards.
- Conducting daily site planning and overseeing project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborating with Project Managers and ownership teams on project strategy, logistics, and scheduling.
- Maintaining strong communication with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
- Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving field issues.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
- Utilizing construction technology platforms including Procore, Bluebeam, and mobile field tools.
- Traveling to project sites throughout New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects valued at $10M or greater.
- Ability to successfully lead both large-scale projects and smaller renovation assignments.
- Experience overseeing subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across a variety of project types and construction environments.
