Job Description
Superintendent - Construction
A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent with healthcare construction experience to lead projects in the Nashville area.
This role will oversee fieldoperations on healthcare projects including hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, and renovations in occupied facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily jobsite operations from start to finish
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
- Maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
- Enforce infection control and healthcare-specific protocols (ICRA, phasing, etc.)
- Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance
- Serve as primary onsite contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Maintain daily logs and field documentation
Qualifications:- 7+ years of commercial construction experience
- 3+ years as a Superintendent
- Strong healthcare project experience required
- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced builds
- OSHA 30 preferred
