Superintendent - Commercial Construction - NoVAThe Superintendent - Commercial Construction - NoVA will:Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities from preconstruction through project completionLead and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherenceServe as the primary point of contact on-site for all field operationsCollaborate with Project Managers and leadership to ensure successful project executionMentor and guide junior superintendents and field staffMaintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting using Procore and related toolsEnsure projects meet budget expectations, timelines, and company standardsWork across a range of commercial projects including community, education, and retail buildsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
