Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Richmond
The Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Richmond will be responsible for managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. They will develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress effectively. They will identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution. They will ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards. They will communicate project updates and milestones to leadership and other key stakeholders. They will drive continuous improvement within construction processes and practices. They will oversee the procurement of materials and resources needed for project success.

The Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Richmond should have proven experience in managing construction projects, such as industrial, restaurants, retail spaces, multifamily, education, and hospitality. They should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. They should have excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams. They should be proficient in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps, etc.). They should have a focus on quality, safety, and compliance standards in all aspects of work.
The Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Richmond may receive a competitive base salary up to $140k (depending on previous experience), monthly auto allowance + gas card, healthcare, 401(k) with company match, supportive company culture focused on teamwork and innovation. They will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects in greater Richmond.
