The Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Richmond will be responsible for managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. They will develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress effectively. They will identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution. They will ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards. They will communicate project updates and milestones to leadership and other key stakeholders. They will drive continuous improvement within construction processes and practices. They will oversee the procurement of materials and resources needed for project success.
