Commercial Superintendent

Lead all field operations for commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate and direct subcontractors to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Implement and enforce site safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Monitor day-to-day construction activities and proactively resolve field challenges. Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules utilizing industry-standard tools. Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Inspect work in place to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and company standards. Facilitate efficient workflow and maintain high levels of productivity across all trades. Drive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have: 3-5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up and renovation construction projects valued at $10M+. Strong construction knowledge and proven field leadership experience. Demonstrated success implementing and enforcing construction site safety protocols. Ability to identify complex challenges and develop practical alternative solutions. Experience coordinating and driving completion of subcontracted work. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
