Commercial Construction Superintendent

An award-winning and highly respected Salt Lake City area commercial general contractor looking to add a Superintendent to oversee local commercial construction projects. This is a true field-leadership role with no travel required — all projects are within the Salt Lake City market.

This position is well-suited for a Superintendent who runs organized jobsites, holds subcontractors accountable, and takes ownership of safety, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-out
• Maintain responsibility for jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule execution
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• Plan work sequencing, manpower, and site logistics
• Enforce project plans, specifications, and safety requirements
• Communicate daily with Project Management to resolve field issues
• Maintain accurate field documentation and daily reports

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
• Strong knowledge of means and methods across multiple trades
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedules
• Solid understanding of safety standards and quality expectations
• Professional, dependable, and solutions-driven leadership style
