Michael Page is hiring for a Superintendent - Commercial / Industrial for our client: a growing Wisconsin-based design-build contractor with an established reputation for delivering commercial and industrial projects throughout the region. By housing construction, design, and engineering expertise under one roof, they offer a highly collaborative project environment that allows teams to solve problems quickly and deliver exceptional results for clients. With a strong backlog and continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects ranging from commercial additions and renovations to larger industrial expansions throughout both the Madison and Milwaukee areas. The Superintendent - Commercial / Industrial will:

• Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily site operations.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Serve as the primary onsite representative to owners, architects, and project teams.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to plan specifications.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and proactively resolve field issues.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and budget.

A successful Superintendent - Commercial / Industrial should have:

• 5+ years of commercial building and construction superintendent experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing ground-up construction and/or building additions.
• Ability to independently lead projects valued at $2M+.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, schedules, and field operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractor trades.
• Professional and polished communication skills with clients and project teams.
• Industrial construction experience is highly desirable.
• Background with a larger commercial general contractor is a plus.
