Superintendent - Commercial Interiors

The Superintendent will report to senior field operations leadership and be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for commercial interiors projects.

• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interior construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to maintain project schedules
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Conduct site meetings and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders
• Review construction documents and proactively resolve field-related issues
• Monitor project progress and collaborate with Project Managers on schedule and budget objectives
• Lead project closeout activities, punch lists, inspections, and turnover processes

For the Superintendent - Commercial Interiors Construction role we are seeking:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
• Required experience managing corporate interiors, tenant improvements, or commercial build-out projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
• Proven ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated history of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards

Base salary target range of $110,000 - $120,000
