SuperintendentThe Superintendent will report into senior operations leadership and be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites across defence, industrial/manufacturing, commercial, and healthcare projects.Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specificationManage subcontractors, site teams, and daily schedulesCoordinate inspections and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standardsMonitor project progress and adjust workflows to meet deadlinesLead site meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholdersEnsure proper documentation, reporting, and site recordsDrive a strong safety culture across all job sitesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
