Job Description
The Superintendent - Commercial will:
- Lead all onsite construction operations from mobilization through project closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and daily field activities.
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement.
- Monitor quality, safety, and site logistics throughout project execution.
- Serve as the primary field representative for owners, architects, and consultants.
- Manage and coordinate self-perform trade foremen alongside subcontractors.
- Conduct progress meetings and proactively resolve field challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and communication with project teams.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Commercial should have:
- Proven Lead Superintendent experience on commercial building and construction projects.
- Experience managing industrial, multifamily, commercial, senior living, or municipal projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination.
- Ability to successfully lead large subcontractor teams and field personnel.
- Experience overseeing ground-up and major renovation projects.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, team-oriented approach to leadership.
- Passion for construction and long-term project success.
