Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

As a Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all day-to-day field operations on luxury residential renovation projects
• Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion
• Coordinating architects, designers, consultants, and ownership teams
• Overseeing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, metal, and specialty finish installations
• Conducting quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
• Managing occupied-building and neighborhood logistics
• Leading daily safety meetings and ensuring OSHA compliance
• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Coordinating material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics
• Identifying and resolving field issues proactively
• Maintaining daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
• Managing punch-list completion and project turnover

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in construction
• Extensive experience managing high-end residential interior renovations
• Proven experience with brownstones, penthouses, duplexes, townhouses, or luxury apartment renovations
• Strong understanding of custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, plaster, and specialty finishes
• Experience working with luxury homeowners, architects, and interior designers
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Experience coordinating work in occupied residential environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
