Superintendent (Construction/CIPP)

The Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

• Promote and support the company's core safety values through modeling the desired behaviors and communicating and reinforcing the messages through daily activities and interactions.
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of condition assessments and trenchless construction projects from the field, from planning to construction operations and closeout.
• Ensure resources are fully utilized in the most cost-effective manner, including collaboration with GMs and other Superintendents for the efficient utilization of company resources across regions.
• Routine oversight and approval of regional field production reporting.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement to reduce expenses/costs, increase productivity, improve quality, reduce materials/supplies inventory, and facilitate general positive change. Ensure optimum performance of the region. Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and take advantage of opportunities.
• Monitor project objectives, company policies, procedures and performance standards of all field personnel.
• National travel will be required. Typical rotations are 10 days on and 4 days off, all year round.

Requirements:

• 5 years or more of construction management experience in a similar industry
• Valid Driver's License with good driving history
