Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in K-12 construction projects. This individual will oversee day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of superintendent experience and can confidently lead field operations on educational construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for K-12 projects
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily project operations
  
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
  
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
  
• Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with project management teams
  
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly and efficiently
  
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations
  

Preferred Location

Candidates located in or near South Georgia are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  
• Strong K-12 or educational construction experience required
  
• Excellent leadership and field coordination skills
  
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
  
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

• Salary range: $90,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and overall fit
