Superintendent - Construction - Stamford

• Oversee daily construction activities on assigned project sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to keep work aligned with project plans.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress, delays, and site needs.
• Review completed work to confirm it meets project requirements.
• Maintain a safe job site and address site conditions as they arise.
• Communicate daily priorities and updates with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site access to support scheduled work.
• Document site activity, progress, and outstanding items for project records.
