Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site staff effectively.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and protocols at all times.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site.
- Maintain communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site conditions.

Qualifications
- Experience with on-site management of construction projects in the property industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
