Superintendent

The Podium Multifamily Superintendent will report to the Senior Superintendent and Project Leadership team while maintaining overall responsibility for field operations, safety, quality, and schedule performance on assigned projects.

• Lead all on-site construction activities for podium multifamily projects from site mobilization through project completion
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure schedule adherence and productivity targets are achieved
• Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and interactions with local authorities and third-party consultants
• Monitor project quality, ensuring all work meets design specifications and company standards
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers to proactively resolve construction challenges
• Drive project schedules through detailed planning, subcontractor coordination, and milestone tracking

For the Podium Multifamily Superintendent we are seeking:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in multifamily construction
• Demonstrated experience delivering ground-up podium multifamily, mixed-use, or wrap-style residential projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, wood framing, building systems, and multifamily construction sequencing
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain aggressive construction schedules
• Experience overseeing projects valued between $30M and $150M+
• Strong understanding of construction safety programs and OSHA requirements
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with ownership groups, consultants, and trade partners
