Superintendent - Data Center Construction

Superintendent Responsibilities

• Act with the highest level of honesty and integrity in all project activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers for daily construction operations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify critical paths, and coordinate timely delivery of key materials and equipment.
• Lead the site safety program and ensure subcontractors follow company standards and applicable safety regulations.
• Manage field operations including scheduling, logistics, quality control, and trade workforce coordination.
• Oversee and coordinate work across all trades to maintain efficient project execution.
• Address and resolve field issues related to procedures, design clarifications, labor, and equipment scheduling.
• Support project budget management and cost control efforts.
• Assist with billing processes, including WIP reporting and progress estimates.
• Ensure all work is installed according to approved plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Collaborate with the project team to implement design updates and changes.

Leading in Hyper-Sclae Data Center ProjectsFull pipeline and excellent compensation

The Superintendent will need:

• 5 or more years experience as a lead Superintendent responsible for leading large project sites in one or more of the following areas: Hyperscale Datacenters, Complex Industrial Projects, or Large Scale Vertical Construction
• Must be able to apply effective management techniques to maximize project performance.
• Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities is essential.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills.
• Must have previous experience managing construction projects on large, complex and on multiple projects, scheduling and maintaining financial control of the project.
• 4-year engineering, construction management degree is preferred but not required

The Superintendent will be offered:

• Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
