Superintendent

As a Superintendent in Denver, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities for a Business Services company, keeping site work aligned with project plans. You will coordinate field activities and help move construction work forward from start to finish.

Client Details

A commercial general contractor local to the Colorado Front Range looking to grow their team. With a strong backlog of projects for 2027, they are looking to bring on a Superintendent that is a go getter and looking to take on challenges.

Description

• Oversee daily construction site activities to keep work progressing according to project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to complete scheduled work.
• Review project drawings and plans to guide field execution.
• Track jobsite progress and address day-to-day construction needs.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders on site activities.
• Monitor work areas to support safe, orderly jobsite operations.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site access to reduce delays.
• Document site progress and share updates with the construction team.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Experience overseeing day-to-day construction site activities.
• Experience creating and maintaining a master schedule using MS Project
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to read and work from construction drawings and project plans.
• Experience tracking construction progress and resolving site needs.
• Clear communication skills for working with project stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate deliveries, access, and on-site work schedules.

Job Offer

• Permanent Superintendent position in Denver.
• Salary of $120,000 to $140,000 USD.
