Superintendent - Denver, CO

As a Superintendent in Denver, you will oversee construction activities for a general contractor and keep work moving across the job site. You will coordinate daily field work to help projects stay on schedule and meet project requirements.

Description

• Coordinate daily construction activities to keep site work aligned with project plans.
• Monitor job site progress and address day-to-day issues that affect schedules.
• Work with project teams to sequence field activities and maintain clear priorities.
• Review completed work against project requirements and identify items that need attention.
• Communicate site updates, progress, and upcoming needs to relevant project contacts.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to support productive work across the site.
• Maintain job site records related to daily work, progress, and project activity.
• Help prepare the site for upcoming construction phases and scheduled work.
