Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for commercial interior fit-out projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and daily jobsite operations. Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Drive quality control and maintain project schedules from start to finish. Oversee renovations and tenant improvement projects ranging from approximately $500k to $10M. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Build strong relationships with project stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle. Play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth throughout the Boston market.

The Successful Applicant
5-10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Strong background managing Downtown Boston interior fit-out projects. Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA-CSL) required. Experience overseeing corporate interiors, hospitality, or life science interior projects. Comfortable working exclusively within the Downtown Boston market. Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and occupied-space renovations. Preference for candidates with a stable work history and experience on small-to-mid-sized interior projects.
