SuperintendentA well-established, privately held general contractor with a strong pipeline of projects is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations across a diverse portfolio of commercial builds. This Superintendent role offers autonomy, leadership responsibility, and clear progression within a people-focused business.As a Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and act as an equal partner to the Project Manager in delivering projects successfully.Lead day-to-day site operations on projects ranging from $5M-$30MOwn project scheduling, sequencing, and field execution from start to finishManage subcontractors and ensure all work aligns with project timelines and quality standardsEnforce safety procedures and maintain compliance across all site activitiesCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive progressOversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeoutTravel regionally depending on assigned projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
