Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Managing all on-site construction activities from project mobilization through closeout.
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Enforcing safety standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Acting as the primary site representative for clients, project stakeholders, and government officials.
- Reviewing project plans, schedules, and specifications to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Conducting daily site meetings and maintaining accurate project documentation and progress reporting.
- Ensuring adherence to federal construction standards and contract requirements.
- Supporting successful project delivery across renovation, interior fit-out, and multi-discipline construction projects.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Minimum 10 years of recent Superintendent experience delivering federal construction projects.
- Proven experience managing projects for federal agencies and government clients.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety, scheduling, quality control, and field operations.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors in active project environments.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active or previous DoD Security Clearance is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
