Location: Fort Hood, TX
The Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and overseeing all field operations for assigned federal construction projects. This position works closely with Project Management, Quality Control, Safety, Engineering, Owners, and Trade Partners to ensure the successful execution of construction activities in accordance with contract requirements, USACE/NAVFAC standards, project schedules, safety requirements, quality expectations, and budget objectives.
The Superintendent serves as the primary field leader and is responsible for managing day-to-day construction operations while maintaining strong relationships with Government representatives, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. The Superintendent must be an exceptional leader, communicator, and mentor capable of directing complex federal construction projects while ensuring compliance with all contract requirements and regulations.
