Job TitleSuperintendentJob DescriptionLead and enforce jobsite safety programmes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct safety orientations for subcontractors, vendors, and site visitors. Manage daily field operations, monitor project progress, and identify solutions to construction challenges. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution. Maintain project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager and proactively address schedule impacts. Track material deliveries, inventory, and procurement needs to support uninterrupted workflow. Experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, or large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, jobsite safety, quality control, and project scheduling. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and maintaining productive jobsite relationships. Proficiency with construction management technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
