Superintendent

Key ResponsibilitiesAs Assistant Superintendent, you will report into a Senior Superintendent and work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. You will play a visible role on site, supporting day-to-day operations and building strong relationships with subcontractors and inspectors.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of construction activities on site
• Assisting with site logistics, sequencing and short-term scheduling
• Monitoring subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of work
• Ensuring safety standards are upheld and site compliance is maintained
• Coordinating inspections and supporting close-out activities
• Acting as a key point of contact on site in the absence of the Superintendent
