Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial

• Oversee all field operations and on-site construction activities.
• Manage subcontractor scheduling and coordination.
• Maintain project safety and quality standards.
• Conduct weekly coordination and progress meetings.
• Monitor project schedules and drive milestone completion.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams.
