Job Description
- Oversee daily on-site operations across multiple projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain project momentum
- Enforce safety and quality standards in line with company and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain and update construction schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
- Proven success managing ground-up tiltwall or light industrial projects
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Familiarity with construction technology and software
- Willingness to travel across the Southern U.S.
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR REQUIRED
