The company specializes in both new construction and interior projects across healthcare, life sciences, multifamily, education, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, and commercial interiors markets. With strong revenue growth and an employee-focused culture, the Project Manager plays a key role in delivering complex projects and maintaining the organization's reputation for excellence. The Project Manager will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals while contributing to high-profile developments throughout the D.C. Metro area.
Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
Lead project teams to successfully deliver projects ranging from approximately $30M to $200M+.
Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership groups.
Ensure project quality, safety, and financial performance objectives are achieved.
Support the successful execution of projects across sectors including education, healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, office, and public works.
Serve as a key leader on project teams while mentoring and developing less experienced staff.
The Project Manager will help maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
The Project Manager will work on landmark ground-up projects throughout Northern Virginia and the greater Washington, D.C. region.

5-10 years of construction industry experience.
Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
Background in sectors such as commercial, multifamily, education, healthcare, public works, hospitality, or related markets.
Experience on projects valued at $30M or greater.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project execution skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
Annual bonus based on company profitability and individual performance
Vehicle allowance: $1,000 a month
