Hospitality projects including hotels and restaurants.Job DescriptionDirect day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor forceMaintain good relationships with internal and external clientsCreate and maintain 3 week look ahead scheduleDevelop and maintain site logistics planConduct quality inspectionsCoordinate site testing and inspection effortsMonitor costs, including labor time and materialManage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled datesPrepare and submit Superintendent's Daily ReportsAttend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetingsWill cover projects in Dallas, TX for the next couple of years.
