A leading General Contractor in Baltimore is looking for a Superintendent with healthcare construction experience to join their growing team! This role offers $95,000 - $110,000, exceptional career growth, financial stability, and a great work-life balance.

SUPERINTENDENT QUALIFICATIONS:

️ 3+ years of field leadership experience on healthcare construction projects

️ 3–6 years of experience as a Field Engineer preferred

️ Knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, including infection control (ICRA) and work in occupied facilities

️ Ability to manage subcontractors, site safety, quality control, and daily field operations

️ Strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills

SUPERINTENDENT COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
