Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any potential delays or issues.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction processes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.
