Superintendent - Healthcare construction

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and daily coordination efforts.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule impacts.
• Enforce safety requirements and maintain a strong jobsite safety culture.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

A successful Superintendent - Healthcare Construction should have:

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience leading ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects.
• Strong scheduling experience with the ability to develop and manage project timelines.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and consultants.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
