Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

A respected general contractor in the western Chicago suburbs is hiring a Superintendent for healthcare projects. You'll lead the field on hospital, clinic and medical office work, including complex renovations inside occupied facilities.

What You'll Do

- Run daily field operations on healthcare projects

- Plan infection control, ICRA and phasing in occupied facilities

- Manage trade partners, look-ahead schedules and inspections

- Keep a strong safety and quality culture on site

- Partner with project managers, hospital staff and owners

What You Bring

- 5+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor

- Healthcare construction experience, including occupied facilities

- Strong MEP coordination and scheduling skills

- OSHA 30 and ICRA training preferred

- Clear communication with owners and field teams

What We Offer

- Pay range: $110,000-$145,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus
