Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

* Support field operations on a $12M ground-up ambulatory surgery center project

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics

* Ensure compliance with AHCA and healthcare construction requirements

* Maintain project safety, quality, and schedule performance

* Collaborate with project leadership and clients throughout construction

Immediate start on $12M healthcare projectLocal Central Florida projects only

* 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction

* AHCA healthcare construction experience required

* Ground-up construction experience required

* Proficiency with Procore and/or RedTeam preferred

* Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

Salary: $120,000-$130,000 + benefits

* $500/month vehicle allowance plus healthcare contribution
