Job Description
Oversee project planning and daily operations to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities. Verify that all project activities adhere to healthcare standards, regulations, and safety requirements. Monitor expenses and resource allocation to maintain effective budget control. Conduct ongoing reviews of jobsite quality and enforce safe work practices.

The Successful Applicant
Demonstrated experience delivering large, technically challenging healthcare projects. +5 years of hands-on experience working for a general contractor. Strong understanding of construction best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership abilities with clear, effective communication skills. Proven track record of overseeing complex schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects finish on time and within budget. Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to address issues quickly and effectively.
