Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for custom residential construction projects.

• Manage projects from groundbreaking through final completion.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and construction schedules.

• Maintain exceptional quality control, jobsite organization, and safety standards.

• Conduct client walkthroughs and provide clear project updates.

• Manage punch lists, project milestones, and final closeout.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Proactively identify challenges and resolve issues in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential construction Superintendent experience required.

• Ground-up residential construction experience is essential.

• Custom homebuilding experience strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and quality standards.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to independently manage subcontractors, schedules, and multiple priorities.

• Professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting directly with homeowners.

• Buildertrend or similar construction management software experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated career stability and commitment to long-term professional growth.
